We are working with our payment processor (WePay) to identify why a very small number of users are unable to submit payments. This is a challenging issue to debug given that it happens so rarely and all of the data is encrypted.
In the meantime, If you are unable to submit payment here are a couple of work-arounds to try:
- Try to submit payment from your phone.
- Try to submit payment from a completely different computer. If at work try submitting payment from home or vice verses.
- Try submitting payment from a different browser. If you are using IE, try Firefox or Chome.
If none of the above work ensure that you are using the most recent Chrome or Firefox or Safari browsers. If you are using Chrome or Firefox on Windows, ensure that you are running Windows 8 or later. If you are running Windows 7, ensure that it is up-to-date with all the security patches released by Microsoft. The encryption that is being used on the checkout/payment pages are very reliant on recent browsers and operating systems to ensure the highest level of security.
If you have tried multiple times, ensure that you completely close your browser and remove your cache. You may need to consult the Help documentation for your browser.
Again, sorry for the troubles and we are quickly trying to figure out why this occurs to 1-2 people out of every 1,000 registrations.
