Not getting Emails? Update Your Roster Information & Notification Preferences [Video]

Not getting emails?  [Show Me]

If you ever suspect your are not getting emails visit your team page!  An email is sent to the team every time a message is posted to the wall.  If there are messages posted to the wall but you did not receive a corresponding email, then keep reading... 

Emails are sent to individuals but if there are no email addresses listed for an individual then the email will be sent to every email address on the account!    

  • Check the team page
  • Check your Child's Profile / Roster
  • Make sure you Didn't Opt Out
  • Check your Spam Folder

Check the Team Page
Any messages posted to the team wall are also emailed out to the team.  If messages are being posted you should be receiving emails.  

Check your Child's Profile / Roster
Click on My Account and check your child's profile.  Emails are sent to individuals but if there are no email addresses for an individual then the email will be sent to every email address on the account! 

If you or other family members want to be copied on emails sent to your child add your email address(es) to you'r child's profile.

You can also click on My Teams and check you're child's roster information.

Make Sure you Didn't Opt Out
Check your athletechs email preferences to make sure you haven't opted out.

Check Your Spam Folder  
Please check your spam folder. You may need to whitelist athletechs.  

If you are still not receiving emails please send us an email at support@athletechs.com and well look into it.
