Provider Email Settings and Notifications

Each Provider is required to have a valid email address.  This email address will be used for all emails such as scholarship and refund request, Contact Provider and Contact Program Administrator submissions, and all email communications sent via the Communication Center.

To update the provider email settings sign into athletechs with your Provider Administrator account and select “Email Settings” from the Actions dropdown menu at the top of the Provider Dashboard.

Notification Settings

Under the Notification Settings section select the email notification frequency of None, Daily, Weekly or Monthly and provide a comma separated list of email addresses.


To start / stop receiving summary reports add/remove your email address to the list.

Registration Email Setting and Notifications

Each Registration “Contact” links allowing visitors and participants to email the program administrator.  A different email address can be provided for each Registration Period.  If not set the Provider Email settings will be used.

To update the email settings for a registration period select Actions > Email Settings from the Provider Dashboard for the registration period.  This will display the Outbound & Inbound Email Setup for the Registration Period.


Contact Program Administrator Email Settings

The Program Administrator Name and Program Administrator Email Address are required.  These values will be initially set to the Provider Name and Provider Email address.  


Optionally you can also provide one or more email addresses to copy on all outbound emails and/or all inbound emails.


When someone submits a comment or question via the “Contact” link for a registration period, an email is sent to the Program Administrator Email Address and bcc the emails listed in the “Always Copy On Inbound” field.  A separate email is also sent to the submitter’s email address from the Program Administrator.  


If the Program Administrator replies to the email they receive it will be sent to the submitter and if the submitter replies to the email that they receive it will go directly to the Program Administrator.


These email settings are also used by the Communication Center when sending emails.  All emails send from the Communication Center will be from the Program Administrator email address and a copy of every email sent will sent to the email address(es) specified in the “Always Copy On Outbound” field.

Testing Email Settings

To test the "Contact Program Administrator" email settings go to your registration flyer and click on the "Contact" link and submit a test message.

Registration Summary Report

The Registration Summary Notification lists essentially the same information that appears on the Provider Dashboard for the Registration Period such as the Registration Periods Status, Registration open and close date, and registration counts.


Funding Account Summary Report

Funding Account Summary with verified status, funds available, funds pending, and funds withdrawal amount and totals.
