Handling Waiting List Requests

As an administrator you will get an email notification whenever a waiting list request is submitted.  The subject of this email is "Waiting List Request" and contains the details of the refund request and a link to the "Request Dashboard".  Please see an Overview of Waiting Lists for more information.

To process the waiting list request click the "Request Center" link.  This link will prompt you to sign into athletechs.  Sign in using your provider name and password.  See  Request Center Overview for more information on how to access the Request Center.

To approve a waiting list request, select "View" from the action menu of the request.  The "Waiting List Request" page is displayed.  The "Waiting List Request" page shows details of the request including the transaction history and requestor account information.  

To deny the request select deny.  If denied the requestor will receive an email notification that their waiting list request has been denied.

To approve the request select "Approve". If approved the requestor will receive an email notification that their waiting list request has been approved and requesting that they "Register Now".  Please see "Waiting List Request Approved, Register Now!" for instructions on how to complete your waiting list registration.  

NOTE:  Waiting List applicants are NOT Registered and therefore do not appear on the Registrations page, in Team Builder, or on the Registration Report.
