By far the most common Incomplete Registration scenario is closing or signing out of athletechs during a registration on the "Pay Balance" balance page without providing payment. But credit card payment failures such as account closed and NSF will also result in an Incomplete Registration.
Registrations with a status of “Processing Payment” have successfully completed the
registration and payment details have been submitted. However, the payment has not cleared. Registrations may stay in this status for up to 48 hours following the registration. Please see “Understanding Registration Statuses” for more information and a complete list of statuses.
If, for any reason, you have Incomplete Registrations athletechs will display a red notification banner with a "Go to Checkout" link and Incomplete Registrations will also appear as (Ready to Checkout) on the the My Registration page.
You will also receive email an “Incomplete Registration Email Notification”. To stop receiving Incomplete Registration Email Notifications either complete or void the registration.
If you have an Incomplete Registration on your athletechs account you will see a red notification banner at the top of the page when you sign into your athletechs account. You will also receive an "Incomplete Registration Notification" email reminder from athletechs notifying you that you have an incomplete registration.
To complete payment lick the "Pay Now" link in the Incomplete Registration Notification email and sign into your athletechs account or sign into your athletechs account and click the "Go to Checkout" link to provide payment.
Voiding Incomplete Registrations
To void an Incomplete Registration click on the "void" link next to the registration description on the Payment Page.
Note: Registrations with a status of "Ready to Checkout" are voided 48 hours after the registration Deadline.
Incomplete Registration Email Notification
To stop receiving Incomplete Registration Email Notifications either complete or void the registration.
