To reset your password click on the "Forgot Password" link next to the Sign In button on the sign in page and enter the primary email address on your account or any email address on the account and click "Continue".
If no account is found matching the email address provided the system will display an error message indicating that no account was found.
If there is an account or multiple accounts are found matching the the email address provided an email will be sent to the primary email address on the account with instructions on how to reset the password. If you no longer have access to the primary email address on the account you will need to contact athletechs Customer Care to request assistance in resetting your password.
The old password will continue to work even after requesting a password reset.
If the password is reset by anyone on the account a confirmation email will be sent to all email addresses on the account.Please see Creating an Account and Registering for the First Time for more information on how to create an account.
